About the Marc A. Susi Scholarship Fund (MASSF)
The Marc A. Susi Scholarship Fund was established in 1992 by Marc's family and friends. Our mission is to raise money for the purpose of awarding scholarships to Milton High School students and grants to non-profit organizations in the community in Marc’s memory.
Marc was a star goalie on Milton High School’s hockey team and a respected member of the student government. He was chosen to represent Milton High School at Boys’ State. Marc overcame dyslexia to achieve above average grades. He was a gifted mechanic, who built, repaired and restored cars and trucks. He was a friend to all who knew him and had a smile for everyone. Marc brought enthusiasm, hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude to everything he did. He was a son of whom we were very proud of and a brother who was greatly admired. Marc’s life came to a tragic end during the spring of 1992 when he was seventeen-years-old.
The MASSF has awarded over $400,000 in scholarships and community grants over the past 21 years. It is the generosity and kindness of our supporters that has made all this possible.
